Description
A valve is a mechanical device that controls the flow rate, flow direction, pressure, temperature, etc. of a flowing fluid medium. Valves are the basic components in piping systems. Valve fittings, like pumps in technology, are often discussed as a separate category. The valve may be operated manually or with a hand wheel, handle or pedal, and may also be controlled to vary the pressure, temperature and flow rate of the fluid medium. The valve can perform continuous or repeated operations on these changes, such as safety valves installed in hot water systems or steam boilers. In more complex control systems, automatic control valves are used as required by external inputs (I. e., to adjust the changing set point of the flow through the pipeline). The automatic control valve does not need to be manually operated according to its input and setting, so that the valve can accurately control the various requirements of the fluid medium. Valves can also be divided into cast iron valves, cast steel valves, stainless steel valves, chromium molybdenum steel valves, chromium molybdenum vanadium steel valves, dual phase steel valves, plastic valves, non-standard customized valve materials, etc.
◆ Product overview
American standard cast steel globe valve is suitable for Class150 ~ 2500LB, working temperature ≤ 600 ℃ petroleum, chemical, thermal power station and other working conditions of the pipeline, cut off or connected to the pipeline medium.
◆Product features
1. The product is designed and manufactured according to ASME B16.34 and API623 standards, with reasonable structure, reliable sealing, excellent performance and beautiful appearance;
2, the sealing surface surfacing Co-based hard alloy, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, anti-scratch performance is good, long service life;
3. The valve stem has good corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance after tempering and surface nitriding treatment;
4. The pressure ≥ Class1500 cavity adopts self-tightening sealing structure, and the sealing performance increases with the increase of internal pressure, which ensures the reliability of sealing;
5. The valve is equipped with an inverted sealing structure, which is reliable in sealing;
6. The material of the parts and the size of the flange butt welding end can be reasonably selected according to the actual working conditions or user requirements to meet various engineering needs.
