Description
A valve is a mechanical device that controls the flow rate, flow direction, pressure, temperature, etc. of a flowing fluid medium. Valves are the basic components in piping systems. Valve fittings, like pumps in technology, are often discussed as a separate category. The valve may be operated manually or with a hand wheel, handle or pedal, and may also be controlled to vary the pressure, temperature and flow rate of the fluid medium. The valve can perform continuous or repeated operations on these changes, such as safety valves installed in hot water systems or steam boilers. In more complex control systems, automatic control valves are used as required by external inputs (I. e., to adjust the changing set point of the flow through the pipeline). The automatic control valve does not need to be manually operated according to its input and setting, so that the valve can accurately control the various requirements of the fluid medium. Valves can also be divided into cast iron valves, cast steel valves, stainless steel valves, chromium molybdenum steel valves, chromium molybdenum vanadium steel valves, dual phase steel valves, plastic valves, non-standard customized valve materials, etc.
◆ Product overview
Cast steel floating ball valve is mainly used to cut off or connect the medium in the pipeline, can also be used for fluid regulation and control, used to adjust the ball valve can no longer be used to cut off the use. Choose different materials, can be applied to water, steam, oil, liquefied gas, natural gas, coal gas, nitric acid, acetic acid, urea and other media, but also suitable for poor working conditions of the medium, such as oxygen, hydrogen peroxide, methane and ethylene. According to the working conditions, can be equipped with electric actuator Q941 electric ball valve and pneumatic actuator Q641 pneumatic ball valve.
◆Product features
1, the fluid resistance is small, the ball valve is a small fluid resistance in all valves, even if the ball valve, the fluid resistance is quite small.
2. The switch is quick and convenient. As long as the valve stem rotates 90 °, the ball valve completes the fully open or fully closed action, and it is easy to realize the rapid opening and closing.
3. Good sealing performance. Ball valve seat seals are generally made of elastic materials such as PTFE, which is easy to ensure sealing, and the sealing force of the ball valve increases with the increase of medium pressure.
4. The valve stem is sealed and reliable. Valve opening and closing of the valve stem only for rotation, so the valve stem packing seal is not easy to be destroyed, and the valve stem sealing force increases with the increase of medium pressure.
5. The ball valve channel is flat and smooth, it is not easy to deposit medium, and the pipeline can pass the ball.
